Twin Garden in Clintonville

This Central Clintonville yard got the VIP treatment.

A new fence, an amazing kitchen garden, and a beautiful new patio completely transformed this space.

During the consult, this client confided that she was not sure whether or not she could keep vegetable plants alive, but she was really excited to try.

They had dabbled a little in growing herbs and had some luck. Her and her family were busy and did not want to dedicate too much time in the garden. She also wanted her kids to be involved and get excited about the vegetables that they grow.

Before

We designed a twin garden to fit into their space and to help them meet their goal of growing lots of fresh herbs and veggies without having to spend a ton of time maintaining the kitchen garden.

We also added irrigation to help keep things low maintenance.

Once the garden was installed a new patio was added to complete the space.

After

Even small kitchen gardens can have a big impact on an outdoor space.

By mid season this kitchen garden was healthy and thriving. This wonderful family, including the kids, was having a blast spending time together in their garden and harvesting lots of goodies. It has been such a joy to watch them grow!
